Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StickerCut (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service (Beta)

StickerCut is a design tool that helps generate cutlines for stickers from images. The Service may allow you to:

• Import images and process them locally in your browser.
• Generate and adjust custom cutlines.
• Preview designs (including 3D previews, materials, and laminates where available).
• Export results for personal or professional use.

The Service may be offered as a free public beta, which means features can change, be limited, or be interrupted at any time.

Local Processing (No Uploads)

StickerCut is designed for maximum privacy: your images are processed on your device/in your browser and are not uploaded to StickerCut servers. Temporary data may be cleared when you refresh or close the page depending on your browser/device behavior.

User Content & Copyright

StickerCut may allow you to load images, logos, or other files ("User Content") to generate a sticker preview and a cutline.

• You keep ownership of your User Content.
• You are responsible for the User Content you use with StickerCut.
• By using StickerCut, you confirm that you own the rights to your User Content or that you have permission to use it, and that your use does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights).
• StickerCut is designed so that images are processed on your device/browser. We do not intend to store or sell your User Content. However, you understand that your device, browser, operating system, extensions, or network environment may still affect how data is handled on your side.

If you believe that content used with StickerCut infringes your rights, contact us at hello@stickercut.io and include enough information for us to understand the claim (e.g., the work, proof of ownership, and where/how it appears).

Disclaimer (No Warranty)

StickerCut is provided "as is" and "as available".

• We do not guarantee that StickerCut will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the output will be fully accurate for your specific printer, cutter, material, or workflow.
• The cutline and exported files are meant to help, but you must review and validate results before production (printing/cutting), especially for commercial use.
• You use StickerCut at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

StickerCut Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, UI design, logos, trademarks, and other elements of StickerCut are owned by StickerCut (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StickerCut to:

• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.
• Upload/process illegal content, violent content, hateful content, or content that violates someone's privacy.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape abusively, or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass technical limitations.

StickerCut may restrict or block access if it detects abusive or unlawful use.

Analytics and Third-Party Services

We may use Vercel services (such as Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand traffic and performance. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Feedback

If you share suggestions or ideas, you agree StickerCut may use them without compensation or obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cutline results may vary depending on image quality and your device/browser.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StickerCut and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim related to StickerCut will not exceed the amount you paid to use StickerCut in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (and if you paid nothing, our liability will be limited to €0).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Valencia (Spain), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
